Clear Access: You must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work site for our tradespeople, vehicles, and equipment.
Utilities: You must provide access to basic utilities, including water and electricity, unless agreed otherwise before work begins.
Hazard Disclosure: You must inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or structural issues on the property before work starts.

3. Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to halt ongoing work or charge late fees on overdue balances.

4. Variations and Extra Work
Hidden Issues: If we discover unexpected problems once work begins (e.g., faulty hidden wiring, rotted framing), we will pause work.
Written Approval: Any extra work or materials required will be treated as a variation and must be agreed upon in writing before we proceed.

5. Consumer Guarantees
Australian Consumer Law: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Quality of Work: We warrant that all work will be carried out with due care and skill, and using materials fit for purpose.
